Leadership is largely communication: conveying goals, giving feedback, addressing conflicts, standing up for decisions. In hybrid teams and in times of change this becomes more demanding. If people rarely meet in the corridor, they need clear agreements and deliberately cultivated relationships.
My training focuses on the situations that really occupy leaders and project managers: the honest feedback conversation, standing your ground during change without steamrolling others, and moderating meetings where a lot is at stake.
Typical situations
- The team is harmonious, but important things remain unsaid.
- Feedback should be honest and still appreciative.
- You need to assert yourself in day-to-day project work without steamrolling.
- Change meets uncertainty and resistance.
- Trust and cohesion should also grow at a distance.
- Meetings and conflict conversations need good moderation.
